Light Hill Meats is not just your neighborhood butcher shop; we’re a team of artisans dedicated to excellence.
What sets us apart is our approach. We aren’t here to just move as much product as possible with little regard for quality. We have three goals in mind with the products we offer:

Our foundation is locally-raised beef, but with demand for more, we have also branched out to include a wide variety of fresh meat daily. This includes everything from house-made sausage/bratwurst to weekend selections of seasonally fresh seafood.

On our team, we have in-house culinary chefs and professionals, international food importers, career-long butchers, sommeliers, and more. They are eager to produce a culinary experience you can’t find in chain supermarkets. This includes using our in-store dry-age cooler for mouth-watering steaks and cut room equipment for specialty sausages and grinds.
We offer a carefully curated selection of clean-ingredient items, from seasonings to sauces, designed to complement our meats perfectly. Explore our shelves stocked with other local treasures, including seasonally available organic produce, freshly baked sourdough breads, premium oils, artisanal BBQ sauces, delicious sides, and more.
