Turn-Around Time

Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for processing, which includes the 3-week dry-aging period.

Choose to pick up your packaged beef at either our Spring Hill or Lynnville locations.

Freezer Space Recommendation

We recommend approximately 1 cubic foot of freezer space for every 30 pounds of packaged meat.
